Navoasset provides property and asset management services including but not limited to tenant management, property maintenance, financial reporting, legal compliance support, and investment advisory. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in individual service agreements.
Access to the Navoasset client portal is restricted to registered clients. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend portal access if we suspect a security breach.
All property management engagements are governed by a separate, detailed service agreement that outlines the scope of management, fee structure, reporting schedules, and termination clauses. These Terms supplement but do not replace individual service agreements.
Our management fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Fees are typically calculated as a percentage of rental income or a fixed monthly retainer, depending on the property type and services required. Payment terms and schedules are specified in each agreement.
While we exercise professional care and diligence in managing your assets, Navoasset shall not be liable for market fluctuations in property values, tenant defaults beyond our reasonable control, force majeure events, or losses arising from instructions provided by the property owner that override our recommendations.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Navoasset and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
